I am available time to time for custom jewelry orders. If you have a special piece in mind I'd love to hear about it. September - December are my busiest months and I am not likely able to accommodate custom orders.
It's very important to me that you love your piece. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please let me know as soon as you can. I will do my best to make things right. I am happy to exchange your jewelry for another available piece. Any returns are taken on a case by case basis and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact me within 30 days from the date of purchase for a possible return.
I do not accept returns due to misuse. I am not liable for damages once your jewelry has shipped, but if you have any concerns, please let me know right away. If you need to file a lost or damage package claim, visit the USPS website.
If you are uncertain of your size, get measured at a local jewelry store before purchasing. I am unable to accept returns based on ordering the incorrect size. If you did purchase a piece in the wrong size, please contact me as soon as you can. Many of my pieces are not resizable due to the nature of the design.
I do not repair jewelry I did not make. If your Mean Right Hook piece is in need of a repair, please send me a message.
