Fall Decorations

I haven't been on top of it this year on decorating my own home for fall. I've been so busy planning Raven's party, making her Halloween costume, and helping my friend with his party I haven't had time to do much around here. But I got to go to this fun paint party at a friend's house where you paint your own wooden wreath and take it home that night. 

I love that I got to hang out with friends, do a craft, drink!, and have a finished project at the end of the night. I would have never gotten this done if I was doing it at home.

Watercolor Practice

Last week I had the opportunity to take a watercolor class at this neat little shop called Union Studio. It was a two hour workshop learning about watercolor techniques. In my head two hours seemed like a long class, but once we got started I couldn't believe how fast it went. It was so much fun. I would love to take another class and start a watercolor project on my own. If you ever get the chance you should check out Union Studio. I hope to take another class of theirs soon.
